✅ receiving damage reports and forwarding insurance cases ✅ issuing orders to own personnel (craftsmen/housekeepers) and third parties (companies) ✅ monitoring the work on site and accepting the services ✅ order and cost recording as well as it-supported data maintenance ✅ content control of invoices, checking and certifying the mathematical correctness, recording the invoices in the relevant systems
