Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (m/f/d)

For our location in Weiden i. d. Opf., we're looking for a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for technical building equipment for our projects in Germany, starting as soon as possible, with a permanent contract.

Your responsibilities: In our projects, you'll take on comprehensive and independent project management:

• Cost estimation and calculation during the offer phase, based on a functional performance description and design drawings
• Technical coordination meetings with clients, architects, authorities, and specialist planners
• Participation and conducting of regular site meetings
• Leading challenging modular construction projects in the field of technical building equipment
• Coordinating the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
• Contract and price negotiations with subcontractors
• Coordination and control of factory and site performance
• Managing external and internal specialist planners

You bring:

• You have successfully completed your studies/master craftsman or technician in heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitation, or electrical
• You have several years of practical experience in planning and tendering for heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitation, or electrical
• You have extensive knowledge in your field
• You are familiar with relevant standards and laws
• You have experience in tendering and awarding subcontractor services
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications
• You have an independent and structured way of working and a quick grasp of things
• You enjoy working in teams where initiative leads to collective success and are keen on continuous development.
