What you will do with us
For our location in Weiden i. d. Opf., we're looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for modular construction to join us as soon as possible for our projects in Germany, full-time and permanent.
Your Responsibilities: In our projects, you'll take on comprehensive and independent project management:
- Leading challenging turnkey projects in modular construction
- Coordinating the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
- Contract and price negotiations with subcontractors
- Coordination and control of factory and construction site performance
- Leading external and internal specialist planners
- Responsibility for results and cost control
- Point of contact for the client
What You Bring:
You've successfully completed your studies in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering with a focus on construction (Master's or Bachelor's), have a technical construction qualification as a technician (m/f/d), or have comparable qualifications through work experience.
Alternatively, you can also demonstrate a successfully completed technical construction training with relevant work experience. Several years of practical experience in construction and project management is desirable:
- Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
- Knowledge of contract law, especially construction contract law
- Experience in personnel management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style
- Quick comprehension skills
