About the role
- You will lead your own installation projects to replace old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps
- For this, you will be on the road with a van in the Berlin area, equipped with the best tools and equipment
- By your side will be an apprentice or trainee who supports you and whom you guide in everyday tasks
- You will also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service who support you with the installation
- You will work on the continuous improvement of our processes. We want to structure and plan the installation process particularly efficiently through our specialization in heat pumps and digital processes
What you should bring
- You are a trained plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology or have a comparable education or professional experience in heating installation
- Ideally, you have already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in the installation of heat pumps
- Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer
- You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you are a team player
