Project Manager (m/f/d) Warranty Management in Building Construction
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're the go-to person for customers, property managers, and subcontractors after the construction handover.
- In your role, you're responsible for resolving and handling warranty claims, considering legal, economic, and customer-oriented aspects.
- You independently handle simple and complex technical issues.
- You check the contract and performance requirements.
- You identify defects on-site and systematically evaluate them.
- You collaborate with project managers and specialist engineers.
- You handle and defend legal cases in close cooperation with lawyers.
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture (FH/Uni/TU) or a similar qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, especially in turnkey construction.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
- Independent and structured working style.
- Willingness to thoroughly process and present technical issues.
- Good knowledge of construction and contract law (BGB, VOB).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Experience with digital defect recording and evaluation.
- Preferably practical experience in handling evidence and court procedures.
- Willingness to travel in the Berlin Brandenburg region.
