Project Manager for Radiator Replacement (m,f,d) - Work from Home

Your tasks with us:

• You'll take on the technical and organizational management of radiator replacement projects following the commissioning of our heat pumps. You'll ensure that all necessary radiator adjustments for hydraulic balancing are professionally implemented so our customers receive full funding.
• 📅 Planning & Execution You'll review customer projects, plan the required work, coordinate the schedules, and ensure the radiator replacement goes smoothly—from preparation through execution to follow-up.
• 🤝 Communication & Partner Management You're the link between customers, internal teams, and our external partner companies. You'll closely coordinate with everyone involved, maintain the flow of information, and ensure projects are completed professionally and on time.
• 🔧 Technical Responsibility With your HVAC background, you bring technical understanding and practical experience in heating construction. You'll ensure that the technical requirements are met and the radiator replacement complies with current standards.
• 🌟 Quality & Customer Satisfaction You always keep an overview of your projects, ensure smooth operations on the construction site, and guarantee high quality—which is reflected in satisfied customers and smooth approvals.

What you bring:

• Completed training in the field of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or a comparable qualification.
• Technical know-how about radiators, heating systems, and hydraulic balancing.
• Experience in project management, construction management, or a similar coordinating role.
• Organized, structured, and independent working style with a high standard of quality.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Proficient with PCs and common software (e.g., for scheduling and documentation).
• Resilience, solution orientation, and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
