What you will do with us
- Tasks:
- Take charge of the entire purchasing process and ensure the set processes and standards are followed
- Conduct project-related purchasing activities for subcontractors, suppliers, and services in the fields of civil, engineering, and tunnel construction
- Strategically prepare and lead contract negotiations
- Lead a purchasing team of up to four people
- Through your proactive communication with all involved parties, you build trust in your performance and develop a high level of personal responsibility within our competency matrices
- What we rely on:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk with additional qualification as a business economist, alternatively a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in project business and team leadership, experience in purchasing construction services is a plus
- Broad expertise in operational purchasing and excellent technical understanding
- Basic legal knowledge (VOB, HOAI, BGB)
- Good communication skills for building internal and external networks
- Ideally, a broad network of subcontractors in civil, engineering, and tunnel construction
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, and a high level of initiative
- Positive, confident, and representative demeanor
- Independent working style, high personal commitment, and team spirit
