What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of independently handling turnkey projects in the Nuremberg area.
- In your role, you're responsible for independently managing medium-sized projects and taking on revitalization tasks.
- You ensure and organize the contractual construction requirements.
- Additionally, you ensure that subcontractor services are delivered on time and with quality.
- As a project manager (m/f/d) for turnkey construction, you participate in work preparation.
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture (FH/ Uni/ TU)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Solid expertise and a strong service orientation
- Strong team spirit
- Proficient use of common IT programs
