Your tasks 🏗️ You will take on comprehensive construction management for demanding projects and implement construction supervision according to HOAI § 34 in service phases 7-8, including: 👉 Representing the client's interests on-site at the project location 👉 Active management and control of costs, as well as quality control and assurance 👉 Scheduling, management, and monitoring 👉 Coordination and management of internal and external project participants 👉 Participation in construction meetings and quality assurance

What you bring 🎓 A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification. 💼 Several years of professional experience in construction management with solid knowledge of HOAI and VOB. 🔍 Strong organizational skills, a strong customer orientation, and proactive behavior.
