Construction Manager with a Focus on Civil Engineering

Your Tasks

• Independently manage and oversee civil engineering projects (sewer, road, or pipeline construction)

• Coordinate and control all construction processes as well as the involved subcontractors and specialists

• Ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards

• Communicate with clients, authorities, and planning offices

• Lead the construction site personnel and create daily construction reports

• Handle billing and change order management in collaboration with project management

What You Bring

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman)

• Several years of experience in civil engineering or construction management

• Good knowledge of VOB, construction contract law, and relevant standards

• Proficient in common software tools (e.g., MS Project, iTWO, AutoCAD is a plus)

• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and assertiveness

• Class B driver's license
