What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of managing change orders for the Freiburg branch.
- You're responsible for preparing deviations from the construction plan and creating the basis for change order calculations in coordination with the operational areas.
- You're responsible for creating change order calculations, including related documents and preparing offers for the client.
- You participate in clarification meetings and negotiations with the client.
- You're responsible for tracking submitted claims and continuously coordinating with project management.
- You're responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating change order overviews and site-related documentation.
- What We Rely On
- Technical understanding
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or as a master or technician in the main construction trade.
- Several years of professional experience in calculation, billing, or execution of civil and industrial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of contract law (VOB/BGB)
- Strong communication skills and social competence
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent working style, high personal commitment, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in common office software, MS Office, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
