What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're in charge of coordinating bid processing and project acquisition in your area of responsibility.
- Your tasks include participating in contract award, order, amendment, and final negotiations.
- You also advise clients and planners.
- You're the main contact for project managers and the Stuttgart office location, and you're responsible for team leadership.
- You raise awareness among employees and subcontractors about workplace safety.
- You manage project organization and execution to boost construction productivity through supportive logistics measures.
- As the senior project manager, you have overall responsibility for the monthly billing of all services provided.
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or similar fields, alternatively a state-certified construction technician with relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience in handling large construction projects, including logistics, construction or project management, or work preparation, along with several years of leadership experience.
- Strong technical and operational understanding of work and logistics processes in construction.
- Long-standing experience in work preparation and project management.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking.
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident application of the BGB and VOB in contract execution.
