What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You'll independently manage and oversee construction projects in the field of civil engineering
- You're responsible for managing the proposal and execution planning
- You'll lead the construction site personnel
- You're responsible for the construction site billing
- You're in charge of change order management
- Cost control also falls under your responsibilities
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma)
- Several years of experience in managing civil engineering projects
- Several years of experience with projects involving Deutsche Bahn
- Proficient in general IT applications, especially ARRIBA / RIB ITWO
- Willingness to work regionally within Southern Germany
- Independent, success-oriented work style
- Persuasiveness
