- To strengthen our team in the Memmingen, Munich, and Landsberg areas, we are looking for an architect (m/f/d) for modular housing construction to build our new business area.
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- You will develop and design modular residential buildings
- You will create design concepts, sketches, and visualizations, and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders
- You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and market demands
- You will select suitable materials and technologies for modular housing, considering sustainability and efficiency
- You will develop and implement a production process for manufacturing housing modules
- You will create construction plans, designs, and 3D models
- You will collaborate with engineers, site managers, and other professionals
- You will ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
- YOUR STRENGTHS
- Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
- Visionary and outgoing personality who enjoys working in a start-up-like environment
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in modular construction
- Solid knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Creativity and innovation skills
- Proficient in CAD software and O365
- Knowledge of sustainable building and modern materials
