Crafthunt GmbH (hereafter referred to as "Crafthunt," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and customers. 3. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app settings at any time. If you would like to request that we delete your personal information, please send an email to gdpr@crafthunt.app. Please note that some information may remain in our records after your account has been deleted, in accordance with our legal obligations and for legitimate business purposes, such as recordkeeping and data backup.

4. Security

Crafthunt takes reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect the personal and non-personal information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

5. Children's Privacy

Crafthunt does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

6. International Transfer

Your personal information is hosted by AWS in Frankfurt, but may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. However, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Crafthunt reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our platform and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our platform and services after any changes have been made will indicate your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
