Construction Manager for Mechanics / Ventilation | Plumbing | Heating m/f/d in Ratingen

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a service technician / plant mechanic for sanitary technology / heating technology / air conditioning technology / ventilation technology or a comparable qualification (e.g., gas installer / water installer / heating engineer / ventilation engineer)
• Experience with projects in the field of technical building equipment / industrial pipeline construction or plant construction
• Ideally: At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager / senior fitter or in a comparable position
• Advantageous: Additional qualifications (e.g., welding courses, senior fitter or construction manager training) as well as IT skills
• German language skills (at least Level B2)

Your Tasks:

• Project and customer support on our construction sites in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation
• Leading your assembly and subcontractor team to ensure contract-compliant implementation of our projects in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation
• Creating contract-compliant billing bases in the form of measurements
• Disposition of materials and personnel
• Direct coordination with planners, architects, and external trades
