
Construction Manager for Mechanics / Ventilation | Plumbing | Heating m/f/d in Ratingen
What you will do with us
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a service technician / plant mechanic for sanitary technology / heating technology / air conditioning technology / ventilation technology or a comparable qualification (e.g., gas installer / water installer / heating engineer / ventilation engineer)
- Experience with projects in the field of technical building equipment / industrial pipeline construction or plant construction
- Ideally: At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager / senior fitter or in a comparable position
- Advantageous: Additional qualifications (e.g., welding courses, senior fitter or construction manager training) as well as IT skills
- German language skills (at least Level B2)
Your Tasks:
- Project and customer support on our construction sites in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation
- Leading your assembly and subcontractor team to ensure contract-compliant implementation of our projects in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation
- Creating contract-compliant billing bases in the form of measurements
- Disposition of materials and personnel
- Direct coordination with planners, architects, and external trades
