Your Profile:

• Training as a plant mechanic / service technician / plant builder in the field of heating, ventilation, and sanitary technology (HLS) / mechanics / pipeline construction
• Nice to have but not a must: Initial experience as a project manager in the field of HLS / mechanics / pipeline construction
• Good MS Office skills
• Good German language skills

Your Tasks:

• Creating and calculating offers and sharing responsibility for adhering to the calculated budgets
• Assisting with the implementation of change management and acquiring new customers, including maintaining the network
• Preparing project awards for partner companies and participating in project forecasting
• Sharing responsibility for personnel and material disposition on the construction site, ensuring adherence to calculated budgets, and attending construction meetings
• Providing technical leadership to assigned employees and apprentices in the project, as well as instructing employees and organizing on the construction site
