What you will do with us
Attention project managers in Frankfurt! As a project manager at SPIE Lück, you have the chance to help shape our future projects. As part of a well-coordinated team, YOU will be the technical expert on our construction sites in the field of electrical engineering.
Your profile:
- Training as an electrician or electronics technician for energy and building technology
- Advantageous: Master craftsman or a degree in electrical engineering, Bachelor of Science/Engineering in electrical engineering
- 2-3 years of experience as a project manager in industrial and commercial construction
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (VDE, VOB/B, DGUV)
- Good English skills and knowledge of MS Office
Your tasks:
- Project management of the electrical engineering section for large projects
- Coordination and organization of smooth construction processes, including work preparation and schedule coordination
- Creation and calculation of offers, implementation of change management, preparation of project awards to partner companies, and participation in project forecasting
- Responsibility for personnel and material disposition on the construction site and participation in construction meetings, including leading assigned employees as a project manager
- Participation in budget planning and co-responsibility for budget implementation
