Project Manager / Construction Manager MEP in Frankfurt m/f/d

As a Project Manager at SPIE Lück in Frankfurt, you have the chance to help shape our major projects of the future. As part of a well-coordinated and motivated team, YOU are the technical expert on our construction sites in the TGA/data center area. Your main task is to ensure a consistently coordinated, efficient, well-planned, timely, result-assuring, and high-quality execution of our construction projects.

Project Manager / Construction Manager TGA m/f/d

Your Profile:

• Training in the field of technical building equipment (electrical, mechanical, interior design, or architecture) or a degree, e.g., a Bachelor's in construction management or engineering
• Ideally: Several years of professional experience/leadership experience as a project manager, preferably in large projects/data centers/cross-trade projects
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations, rules, and industry standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office including MS Project
• Project-related English skills

Your Tasks:

• Project management for large projects (data center construction) from start to successful completion, including planning, coordination, and quality assurance
• Leading a project team and ensuring smooth processes and targeted collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
• Leading internal and external meetings and client appointments, as well as participating in other project meetings and creating progress reports
• Overseeing the services to be provided and coordinating trades and subcontractor services, including negotiations
• Assisting with the preparation of offers and supplements, as well as close coordination with controlling to achieve financial goals and claim management
• Monitoring the project budget and ensuring a positive project outcome
