For our location in Duisburg, we are currently looking for site managers (m/f/d) in the construction industry. Assignments will primarily take place in NRW, but nationwide assignments are also possible. YOUR TASKS • Support and representation of the construction management in the preparation, control, and execution of construction projects and subcontractor control • Participation in work preparations, material disposition, and construction site logistics, as well as the allocation of construction site personnel • Instruction and supervision of construction work in terms of quality and adherence to deadlines, regular monitoring of work progress YOUR PROFILE • Completed vocational training in the construction industry, ideally as a bricklayer (m/f/d), concrete worker (m/f/d), or steel worker (m/f/d) • Completed further training as a certified site manager (m/f/d) in the construction industry • Comprehensive and up-to-date professional experience in construction projects • Class B driver's license • Good knowledge of German in both spoken and written form • Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, leadership competence, and cost awareness • Teamwork, high reliability, diligence, and commitment YOUR ADVANTAGES • Our corporate culture is based on the combination of different cultures and experiences.
