Job Description for Construction Manager: • Organizing and leading challenging construction projects in special civil engineering • Monitoring and coordinating the specialist offices, suppliers, and subcontractors involved in the project • Responsibility for the economic, contractual, timely, and qualitative execution of the project • Preparing invoices, work calculations, and construction site documentation • Organizing the construction site in all contractual, economic, and technical matters • Communicating with clients and construction supervision • Supporting in calculation as well as work preparation • Responsibility for quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost and budget management Professional Requirements for Construction Manager: • You have successfully completed a degree (FH/TU) in civil engineering • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in construction management in special civil engineering • You have good knowledge or a high willingness to learn in dealing with all used IT applications • You work committedly and independently and demonstrate assertiveness • Just as important as professional suitability are enthusiasm, organizational talent, teamwork, a confident and binding appearance, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting We offer: • Flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths • A strong team spirit and comprehensive onboarding • A diverse and interesting field of activity with high personal responsibility • Company car
