Your contribution to project success:

• Taking on overall operational responsibility for your construction projects
• Implementing site strategy and construction schedules
• Coordinating construction teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring smooth project execution within time and budget constraints
• Acting as a liaison between clients, authorities, and internal departments like estimation, purchasing, billing, and surveying
• Creating VOB-compliant construction documentation
• Identifying and realizing potential for additional work
• Weighing possible risks and conducting regular forecast discussions and variance analyses with management

What you bring:

• Motivation and passion for your job
• Strong organizational skills, high resilience, and independent work style
• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, construction management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., construction technician, master craftsman)
• Several years of experience in estimation, site management, and/or project management of landscaping projects, ideally for projects over €1.5 million
• Solid knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) and construction software (e.g., Dataflor)
• Relevant work experience and knowledge of construction machinery - ideally, training in landscaping or civil engineering
