Your tasks:
- Development, planning, and supervision of our projects
- Compliance with DIN standards
- Independent construction management
- Planning and creating inquiries as preparation and support for purchasing
- Coordinating project-specific department heads and subcontractors, including creating amendments
- Acceptance of construction work
- Documenting all processes in Cobra (CRM system) and Baumaster (planning software)
- Creating technical drawings
- Deficiency management
- Direct contact for subcontractors and main responsibility for the construction software Baumaster
- Creating service specifications for each trade
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training/degree
- Driver's license class B, BE desirable
- Teamwork skills
- Motivation and commitment
