Your Tasks:

• Independent management of interior construction projects (calculation, preparation, execution, billing)
• Time and cost planning as well as monitoring of projects in the Hamburg / Northern Germany area
• Contact person for suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Creation of specifications and contracts
• Ensuring quality, punctuality, and budget compliance

What You Bring:

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in drywall and turnkey interior construction
• Commercial understanding and very good German skills
• Solid knowledge of modern IT programs
• Confident demeanor and strong communication and presentation skills
• Organizational talent, self-motivation, and team spirit
