What you will do with us
✅ Preparation and setup of the drilling rig as a team ✅ Execution of geothermal drilling up to a depth of 200 meters using specialized drilling tools and equipment ✅ Installation of geothermal probes and filling of the borehole cavity with thermally improved mortar using special mixing techniques ✅ Resolving any problems or malfunctions and performing maintenance work on the equipment to ensure smooth construction progress ✅ Compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent injuries and accidents What convinces us: ✅ Completed training in the construction industry (e.g. drilling specialist, civil engineering specialist, well builder) or equivalent qualification ✅ Career changers welcome ✅ Experience in conducting drilling operations desirable, ideally in the field of geothermal drilling ✅ Willingness to work in various terrain and weather conditions ✅ Class B driver's license, willingness to work on-site in German-speaking areas ✅ Teamwork and good communication skills What we offer you: ✅ Attractive compensation package according to construction industry standards, payment at Western level ✅ High-quality machinery ✅ High-quality work clothing ✅ Permanent employment contract ✅ Pleasant working atmosphere with a team-oriented approach
