✅ Creating tenders for trades according to VOB/C ✅ Creating functional performance specifications for general contractors ✅ Reviewing plans and contributions from specialist planners as a basis for performance specifications ✅ Assisting with private, limited, and public tenders ✅ Professional, objective, and economic evaluation of offers ✅ Participating in negotiations until the awarding What you need to bring: ✅ You are a civil engineer, architect, or technician ✅ You have professional experience in AVA and/or sufficient construction site experience and are interested in working in AVA ✅ You are open to modern, contemporary working methods
