Technical Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

We're currently looking for a responsible Technical Service Coordinator with a bit of willingness to travel for our tech team. Are you detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator? Do you have a technical background and enjoy diving into tricky service cases to find solutions? Then you should definitely get in touch with us! What you can expect with us: - You're in charge of coordinating and managing all our service cases. - You'll be the first point of contact and the link between our customers and our installation teams. - You'll handle customer and installation team support via phone and email. - Programming our lights and app will also be part of your tasks. - In collaboration with our Dutch parent company, you'll organize spare parts and keep track of inventory. Who would be a great fit for us: - We're looking for true team players because only together can we achieve the best solutions for our customers. - You have a technical education, ideally as an electrician. - You've already gained some work experience and know that coordinating tasks combined with technical know-how is your thing. - You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word, which you like to use in your work. - Solid to good English skills complete your profile and make daily work with our Dutch colleagues easier.
