As an enthusiastic and versatile individual with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), I bring a mix of technical know-how, organizational skills, and international experience to the table. Through my studies at renowned universities in Germany and Lithuania, along with practical stints in various countries, I've developed a global perspective and learned to work efficiently with people from different cultures. My professional experience ranges from supporting technical projects—like working as a student assistant in data management and quality assurance—to coordinating recruiting processes and handling administrative tasks independently. I particularly want to highlight my time at a technology company, where I maintained databases, supported project managers, and created detailed analyses, as well as my role as a Junior Recruiter, where I developed effective candidate search strategies. These experiences have strengthened my ability to tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner and drive projects forward in a structured way.
